Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Customers scan your QR code and access their loyalty card on the web. They sign in once with Google or Apple, and their card is always accessible from any browser.

How does the stamping work?

You scan the customer's personal QR code with the Dily Pro app. The stamp is added instantly. You can configure stamps, points, or free gifts depending on your program.

Can I add my employees?

Yes. Add team members by email. They sign in with Google or Apple and can scan customers. As the owner, you control who has access.

What happens when a customer completes their card?

The customer sees they've earned a reward. You decide what the reward is. Their card resets and they start collecting again.

Is there a contract?
